Instruction DVDs now availableA series of 10 DVDs are now available from your instructor. Each DVD features the basic testing criteria for advancement to each rank (e.g. forms, one step sparring and self defence).
Each DVD for your next test will normally be issued when you receive your certificate for your last test. Students of Hedges Family Karate wishing back copies of discs should see their instructor.
